This was my first time using Emmerson Homes and I am delighted to say that service provided by the staff was first class. At the first meeting I enquired about whether to sell or let my property. I was given very impartial advice and the pros and cons of each option were fully explained. As well as all the details for gaining a home report and I also arranged a site visit with Helen. After the site visit minor areas of improvement were suggested that would assist in selling the property. I was also given advice on how active the sales market for the area was and the level of demand for property to let in the area. Throughout the complete process I would receive updates as to enquiries and viewings requests. Even when the sales market changed I contacted the office and discussed various options with Claire. Overall I cannot fault Emmerson Homes and the service they provide. It is a one stop shop for selling or letting your property and their experience and advice is invaluable.
